• Herzog is proud to offer a generous medical plan with a company paid deductible and no co-pays.  The company pays 80% of the Employee Only premium and 60% of the Employee/Child, Employee/Spouse and Family premiums.

• In addition, Herzog offers the following voluntary benefits:  dental insurance, vision insurance, term life insurance, whole life insurance, short-term disability, accident, cancer, intensive care and critical illness plans, as well as legal insurance and auto & home owners insurance.

• Herzog also offers a 401(k) retirement plan with a discretionary match.
